This is an impressive vintage Navajo silver bolo tie having a large silver oval convex surface with a handcarved and handstamped border, and a huge Royston turquoise stone in the center surrounded by handcarved silver swirls! The black hand-braided leather tie measures about 38" in length, including the handcaved silver pin finials. Each silver finial measures around 2-3/4" X 3/8". The center stone measures around 2" x 1-1/4". Signed by Navajo artist, Ron Johnson. Sterling silver. The bolo measures around 3-3/4" x 2-1/2". Cir. 1990's+. Sturdy 101 grams.
