This is a superlative vintage Navajo silver buckle having the largest Number 8 turquoise stone we have ever seen on a buckle. The piece is huge and absolutely stunning. Situated throughout the piece are outstanding hand carved silver leaves, shells and raindrops. Bordering the buckle are superior silver moon and sun patterns. This buckle measures around 3-1/2" X 3" and the buckle can fit a belt width of about 1-3/4" or less. The center stone measures around 1-5/8" x 1-1/4". Sterling silver.
