This is an impressive vintage Navajo silver necklace with pendant. This fabulous silver cross measures 5" x 2-3/4" with a striking large 7/8" x 3/8" teardrop Royston turquoise stone at the very heart of the cross. Each corner of the cross gently fans out to the ends as dual silver stars are set north, south, east and west of the thick bordered stone. It has a 5/8" round ornate silver bail that enables it to be removed and placed upon many other necklaces you might already have. But it comes with an amazing handmade thick 24" chain with marvelous shepherds hook. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1990's+. Signed by Navajo artist, Ben Begaye. Sturdy 98 grams.
