This is a magnificent vintage Santo Domingo/ Navajo huge heishi necklace. This museum quality piece contains outstanding graduating huge white shell heishi. Look how fat the heishi is with the widest one measuring around 1/2" in diameter. Resting at the bottom of the necklace are beautiful accenting turquoise stones, pie stones, and green shells. Situated on the ends of the necklace are marvelous hand wrought graduating silver beads with a traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver. Cir. 1930's+. The length of the necklace measures around 27".
