This is a remarkable vintage Navajo completely handmade flat silver bead necklace. Look at this piece as it contains graduating completely handmade and hand wrought flat silver beads. The back of the beads are flat and they contain a concave surface on the front side. One think that I must say is that this necklace makes such a cool sound as it moves, it sounds like silver coins, very unique sound. Located on the front of the beads are intricate and marvelous sun and cloud stamp works. Resting on the ends of the necklace are amazing round silver beads with accenting cones and a traditional silver clasp. The smallest flat silver bead measures around 1/2" in diameter while the largest measures around 1-1/8" in diameter. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. Signed by Navajo artist, NAS.
