We are proud to offer this unique vintage Santo Domingo necklace. This interesting necklace is made up of wide tan shell discs, with eleven attached pendants. Each of these colorful teardrop shaped pendants starts with a thick,carved black teardrop base, with a portion of beautiful turquoise inlay work and a large section of matching shell all placed atop the teardrop, thus exposing the lower black portion - creating such really cool depth and dimension! The largest center pendant is about 1-1/2" x 5/8". Cir. 1930's+. The length of the necklace measures around 20". Sturdy 36 grams.
