Product Description
This is a magnificent vintage Navajo silver bolo tie. This is an interesting trapezoid shaped bolo tie. The front is a pictoral of hand carvings depicting a native couple dancing under the moon and stars! The detailing is wonderful, including the man's hat and the woman's belt and skirt. They seem to be in mid-step here under the moon and stars. The moon is a textured surface and measures about 5/8" round. The sides of the bolo are accented with detailed arched hand stampings and are slightly bent downward, lending itself to even more depth and dimension! It has a black braided leather tie and silver pods on the detailed silver tips and is about 40" in length. Signed by Navajo artist, Robert Becenti. Sterling silver, marked. The bolo measures around 3" x 2". Cir. 1980's+. Sturdy 60 grams. MAKE US AN OFFER- We like to be flexible! Send us your reasonable offer on this piece(s), you have nothing to lose.
